Listed Property Developer - Chief Financial Officer

Head up the financial operation of the whole company
Prepare, coordinate and compile all relevant information for the Group’s Annual Report
Plan and manage cashflow, international banking, currency hedging, multi-currency implication on the PL
Maintain good relations with all business partners, inclusive of investors, auditors, legal advisors, bankers and the liked
Provide high quality operational financial information and planning support and analysis to the business
Develop financial reporting systems and continually improving process to best practice
Take up the role as the Company Secretary of the Group

Requirements :

Qualified Accountant with formal degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
Exposure in Public Listed Property Developers / Building Construction companies will be more preferred
Minimum 10 years of accounting and financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a listed company
Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of overall operations and finance functions
Candidates with solid project management experience will be an advantage
High level of integrity
A strong leader with excellent communications skills
Ideally conversant with FLEX or other major ERP systems
Have broad commercial management experience
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
