Job Purpose
 
The Litigation Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to one or more litigation attorneys in the Legal Department.  The Litigation Assistant's primary responsibility will be to review, research, summarize and obtain documents in response to litigation questions, discovery requests, subpoenas and internal requests for information and to maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.  They will also key correspondence; answer phones; arrange schedules and travel; process mail; fax and photocopy; prepare invoices and business expense reports for payment; create and maintain various databases and reports.
