Job Description: Downtown Dallas trial firm is seeking a polished and experienced Paralegal. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently to handle his or her own caseloads, but also be able to work well with a team. Minimum billing requirements of 130 140 hours per month. REQUIREMENTS: o VERY STRONG Summation skills o Commercial Litigation experience o Extensive trial prep experience o Trial attendance preferred o High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point o Ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM o Current or recent experience in business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, energy litigation, employment litigation, and/or appeals - This type of experience is very specific for the position and the client prefers not to consider candidates whose experience is strictly medical malpractice, personal injury, family law, insurance, tax, and/or real estate. This firm is located in the heart of world class shopping and dining with a private deli located within the building.
