Litigation Support Specialist Job in Anytown 21298, Maryland Us

Primary Responsibilities

·         Provide guidance, oversight and support during the full eDiscovery life-cycle Oversee all aspects of litigation support along the eDiscovery reference model (EDRM) timeline for various matters and locations

·         Use industry technologies to collect and process ESI and paper from matter inception to production

·         Provide early case assessment strategy, track boxes/media, develop detailed processing specifications and assist with ESI productions; assist with document reviews

·         Provide guidance and support in all aspects of trial support for various proceedings

·         Coordinate and participate in trial support functions, including equipment maintenance, instruction and setup for local and national venues

·         Assist in all phases of the EDRM across multiple matters

·         Administer collaborative environments and data rooms

·         Maintain communication regarding matter status and progress

·         Docket projects and manage project tasks

Required Technology and Skills

·         Extensive experience in IPRO, LAW or equiv processing software

·         Extensive experience in Concordance, Summation, Relativity or equiv software

·         Extensive experience in Opticon, Trial Director and MSOffice including Access

·         Experience in LiveNote, TextMap or equiv software including Real Time

·         Experience collecting ESI and paper

·         Experience setting up and operating A/V equip, computers and small networks

·         Knowledge of CaseMap or equiv software

·         Knowledge of forensic collection and processing standards

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment while communicating with project teams

·         Strong communication/organizational skills to work with legal as well as technical teams

·         Willingness to learn, adopt and implement processes and procedures

Qualifications

·         Four year degree or equivalent

·         Minimum of 5 yrs of combined experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, and EDD technologies

·         Ability to work flexible hours including weeknights and  weekends as overtime is required

·         Ability to travel to all offices and trial locations

·         Ability to perform light lifting including box collection equipment moving

Other Preferences

·         Knowledge of Autonomy, Kroll, Clearwell, SharePoint, ECA/EDA, a plus.
