Litigation Support Specialist
Required - Admin Level User for Software: Summation iBlaze, Summation Enterprise, Livenote, Relativity
Preferred, but not Required: CaseMap, Trial Director, Concordance, IPRO, Clearwell, Time Matters
End-user technical support, training and trouble-shooting for all in-house practice support applications and web based online document repositories.
Assist with all aspects of project management including creation, maintenance, populating, updating and supervision of coding, OCR, scanning and e-discovery databases.
Manipulate and massage data files using a variety of editing and database tools.
Assist with the supervision and coordination of projects with domestic and foreign vendors and consultants for scanning, OCR, coding and e-discovery projects.
Log and communicate status of all projects to legal and other staff .
Assist with drafting documentation for end users as well as administrators.
Identify and analyze new programs for use in all practice areas.
All aspects of trial presentation services (loading data, software and hardware acquisition and maintenance, coordinating with court, legal staff and consultants and attending trial).
Interact with vendors to research and evaluate new practice support tools and software, and attend practice support specific seminars and conferences.
