Litigation/Technical Support - Introspect/Autonomy
Contract - Our client, an International Law Firm, is recruiting for a Support Analyst to work in a short term contract proving support within the Litigation Support department. Main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Maintaining and providing in house Support for Introspect 5.1.5.7. eDiscovery tool
- Logging calls and liaising with external support in the US to fix problems and keep the system in good health.
- General Proactive maintenance.
- SQL 2005 Skills essential.
- Normal hours covered by the team are 8am to 6pm. This position may require the odd noon to 8pm shift in order to communicate with Autonomy support in the US.
- Other Wintel skills desirable.
