Our client is a full service events, marketing and communications agency delivering live events to an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients. Events include large road shows and experiential events through to large-scale conferences both in the UK and overseas. With in house design, production and event logistics they give their clients a single point of contact for the entire event, which is delivered by their dynamic team.
Due to their ongoing success in 2011 our client is now seeking someone experienced in training and engaging target audience with the use of digital technology. Managing projects from initial brief through to onsite delivery the ideal candidate will be experienced in taking the clients content, simplifying it and bringing it to life! This agency is looking for an Event Executive Producer to work on a variety of events such as conferences, product launches and training events for up to 500pax predominantly for the automotive sector.
Responsibilities are not limited too, but will include;
• Taking the initial production brief from the client
• Putting together and driving the creative concept in order to engage the audience
• Liaising with internal departments (design, events etc)
• Leading and developing content development for clients
• Pre production scheduling, timelines, running orders etc
• Script writer, or project management of a script writer
• Costing budget management
• Managing the production team
• Building on and driving forward the agencies core values and brand
• Employee engagement and interaction experience within events
• On site management as Producer and Event Manager
• Internal and client post even evaluations
As part of this close-knit team, a "hands on" and team approach is a must. This is an excellent opportunity for an Event Executive Producer with an event agency background to join a full service event and production agency which manages a variety of exciting events across the UK. You will have the capabilities to engage the target audience whether this is retailers or client's internal staff and be experienced in delivering creative events within a corporate environment. They are looking for a polished and presentable individual who has a passion for perfection and a flair for doing something different and who really can "think outside the box"!
