About the Job

LiveCycle Support Specialist (Adobe Systems Inc.; San Jose, CA) Provide assistance to internal and external contacts including Japanese-only speaking customers for the LiveCycle Enterprise Suite of products. Analyze business impact for the customer, triage technical cases and troubleshoot the situation to provide effective and timely resolution. Record and document all issues related to customers. Trouble-shoot/qualify technical cases before escalating to Engineering. Use specific knowledge of J2EE Application Servers (i.e Websphere, Jboss, Weblogic) to diagnose application failures. Use SAP CRM program to track all technical case diagnosis and interaction with customer via phone, email and web portal. Leverage the day to day interaction with colleagues and customers to provide feedback and knowledge to both internal management and customers for program and product implementation improvements. Author, review, and publish documents to the worldwide customer community around Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite of Digital Security products. As a Senior Resource member of the global Product Specialty team, play a key role in ensuring customer escalations are resolved in a timely manner. 40 hrs/wk, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related, and 3 years experience in a customer support position dealing with Enterprise Businesses in critical software environments. Experience must include: Document Digital Security including Digital Signatures and Document Encryption; Multiple enterprise Java application server environments including JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere; Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, DB2; Client-side security and LiveCycle encryption services; Japanese language skills.
