Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
Business Analyst support of the Teva Learning Management System for Teva North America. Provide system configuration, business process analysis, and system customer support for Teva North America's Learning Management System.
This individual will have an understanding of Kaplan ComplianceWire system functionality and the SDLC process, including assisting with information gathering, requirements, design, specifications, testing, and structured documentation. Provide proactive process and project leadership by defining effective strategies and processes to meet the needs of the business. This individual will work with multiple business analysts, system developers, and business owners to achieve results in support of Teva's training objectives. The business analyst will have the ability to provide a high level of customer support to the end user community.
Responsibilities:
- Attention to detail is necessary for maintaining system validation documentation / change controls, analysis of business process, functional and technical requirements
- Ability to prioritize and successfully complete multiple tasks to support system releases.
- Ensure computer system validation and industry best practices are followed for software application and interface deployments
- Ability to generate processes in diagram format for user consumptions
- Provide system support for the North America business units, including training content development and site administrator training.
- Consults and coordinates with the business to design and develop process improvements within the Learning Management System.
Qualifications:
Education Required: BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience required
Education preferred:
Experience required: 2+ years Business Analyst or similar experience in related fields
