LNG Trader – Singapore recruitment
Your duties will include
Building the network with all relevant LNG players in Asia and set up all relevant contractual agreements with potential counterparts
Performing and keeping up to date an in-depth analysis of the Far Eastern LNG market (as well as LNG shipping availability and charter rates)
Defining and setting up the LNG desk covering the Asian market
Trading, in close cooperation with the other LNG departments within our business, the Far Eastern LNG market (using our LNG assets and portfolio and/or proprietary) and handling of all relevant contractual obligations.
Developing an LNG presence in Asia (from Singapore) and promote our LNG trading capabilities in the Asian area
Setting up the LNG desk in Singapore (lead the to-be defined local team)
Liaising with the Gas Power division to support and execute hedging strategies and liaising closely with other trading desks within our business
Generating a positive PL from the activity
