LOA

Excellent long-term ( 6 Months +) contract opportunity for an HR or Benefits Professional highly skilled in managing the entire Leave of Absence process.

 

The Leave of Absence Specialist has HR responsibilities related to a Leave of Absence Management including:

*Collaborating with all pertinent parties  - - - employee, manager and HR  on initiating LOAs such as FMLA/CFRA/PDL/Workers’ Compensation

 

*Ensure compliance with company LOA policy and federal and state laws

*Complete and leave of absence documentation and enter pertinent data into ADP Enterprise HRM

*Counsels employees and line managers as needed to ensure employees have appropriate information to make informed choices regarding leaves of absence

*Run reports as needed using ReportSmith

REQUIRMENTS

3-5 years of FMLA/Leave of Absence (LOA) experience

High volume LOA experience  with the ability to handle at least 10 new claims per week

Must be organized and possess the ability to document files accurately.

Proficient in Word, Excel.

Knowledge of ADP Enterprise and ReportSmith desired.
