Qualified candidates will review and adjust collection portfolios which require special handling or analysis to reduce problem loans within framework of company guidelines. Candidates may perform income calculations and verifications, review and render decisions based on investor work rules, completing decision programs, calculations and documenting systems. Also responsible for analyzing account information and restructure payment plans and problem loans.
Minimum 1 year experience of collections, loss mitigation, mortgage or customer service experience and min 3 months of loan adjustor/negotiator experience. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access with strong written and verbal skills. Must be organized and be able to create and maintain loan files.
