Loan Closer – Distressed Debt recruitment
You will take full responsibility of maintaining the loans lifecycle from trade date through to post settlement.
Duties would include;
- Loan closing covering LSTA and LMA Distressed trade (co-ordinating with counterparties on outstanding trade issues and liaising with legal counsellors).
- Restructuring the distressed facilities.
- Checking trade confirmations and transfer certificates.
- Reviewing pricing.
- Actioning Interest rollover notices, rate resets and repayment schedules.
To be considered for this role you have extensive experience in Loans Closing, you have detailed knowledge and experience of working with Distressed Debt Loans and a strong understanding LMA and LSTA. As a person you will be proactive in improving/implementing processes and systems, you will be highly analytical and have the ability to work well under pressure. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent.
