West Palm Beach based community bank is seeking a loan closer. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience preparing loan documentation, preferably commercial and residential loan packages. Requirements include: ability to complete closing requirements and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task with the ability to meet critical deadlines. Satisfactory personal credit is required.
