Local Bank is seeking loan set up, mortgage assistants loan closers for their busy lending office:Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years recent experience in mortgage operations. Possess strong communication, analytical, organizational and customer service skills, in addition to attention to detail. The ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment. Duties include: - Ensuring that all conditions are cleared prior to funding - Wiring funds - Reviewing proper documentation is in the loan file for compliance - Analyzing preliminary title reports, contracts, another other pertinent loan documents
