We are currently seeking experienced Conv/FHA/VA Loan Coordinators for our Downingtown, PA area locations. The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-pace environment and manage multiple projects is a must. Candidates will be adept and knowledgeable in most areas of the mortgage lending process including:
· Work closely with our loan originators and mortgage consultants in ensuring a timely and accurate closing experience for our customers.
· Review loan approvals and address all conditions required for underwriting and closing.
· Order and retrieve appraisal, title, verifications, condo docs, credit supplements, subordination agreements, trust documentation, payoff statements, flood certificates, insurance and all third party documentation.
· Edit/update the appropriate automated underwriting systems
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience processing Conventional and FHA/VA loans. Excellent communication and organizational skills and with a strong team orientation are essential.
