Loan Operation Job in Los Angeles 90071, California US
Responsibilities
This is an exempt position with main responsibility in processing loan disbursement, repayment, interest rate change, billing and reporting. This person will also handle Syndication loan Agent operational activities and liaise with participant banks on all related operational matters. The responsibilities also include customer service and handling customer inquiries. This is temp to hire position.
Qualification
- Degree holder with minimum 3 - 5 years of in Corporate lending operations including processing and reconciliation
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and being part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Meticulous and attention with an eye for detail
- Sound knowledge in payment/remittance operations and related Operations matters
- Good knowledge in MS Office: Word, Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint will be added advantage
