Description
The Loan Operations Specialist position is responsible for supporting the consumer and mortgage loan process, which includes:
- Quality review and processing of consumer and mortgage loans on our lending program
- Collateral perfection, DMV titling
- Administering the tracking of collateral protection insurance and processing claims
- Processing credit life/disability and GAP claims
- Performing portfolio analysis reporting
- Maintaining the supporting general ledger accounts
- Other supporting duties

Requirements
- Must be detail oriented, a self starter with a strong work ethic
- Consumer loan processing, funding and servicing background a plus
- Previous experience with collateral perfection i.e., Titles, UCC’s, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs i.e., Exce- M l, Word, etc.
- Excellent internal/external customer service skills a must
- Experience working in financial institution preferred
- 35 WPM
- 110KPM
