Loan Originator & Structurer (m/f) in Loan Capital Markets

Loan Capital Markets is responsible for the structuring and syndication of debt financings (loans Schuldscheindarlehen) group-wide. It also acts as the interface between loan related product groups and the loan market providing syndicate and up-to-date market information. The principle objective of this position is to originate and deliver structured loan facilities addressing the client, investor and Erste Bank’s objectives.
YOU...
- will be responsible for covering selected corporates in Austria and CEE in a focused and coordinated fashion, winning and executing loan and “Schuldscheindarlehen” mandates for these clients.
- will pro-actively cooperate with the client executives in the acquisition of mandates
- will prepare and present high-standard financing proposals to senior client representatives in a professional, cross-border team of 9 people (Vienna, Bucharest London).
- will manage and co-ordinate transactions through all aspects of pitching, structuring and execution as well as support GLC in their internal approval process.
- are able to interpret and analyze financial models supporting client executives during the approval process.
- have a university degree in business administration desirable.
- offer am minimum of 5 years capital markets experience involving loan or bond structuring and/or client management.
- are Fluent in English and German, additional CEE language (core Erste Bank region) very helpful.
- provide knowledge of Euro loan documentation standards; Understanding of market trends and their potential impact on structuring trends.
- have financial modeling skills.
- possess Presentation and negotiation skills; Proficiency in PowerPoint Word.
- ensure excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
