Loan Processing Head recruitment
A global based operation centre for large foreign commercial bank, overall cover most of Asia and part of European market.
To maintain fast expanding business, a new role is created.
You should ensure consistent delivery of high quality services to customers through meeting or exceeding customer expectation guided by the Service Level Agreement, efficiency/accuracy standards and good business processes/ judgment; Provide framework for high performance work environments; establish tools and ensure best practices in people management for high employee satisfaction. Ensure the continuous development of operations professionals. Steer career progression and advise upon/manage succession plans for the longer term. Maintain morale and foster environment of teamwork within large operational area.
You should have 10 years working experience in banking, with mini 5 years loan operation related experience, with strong team management ability; Excellent communication skill and good command of English.
