Loan Servicing Specialist II Job in El Monte, California US
Essential Functions
1. Review loan documents and set up loan accounts in the loan system accordingly.
2. Process Invoice Financing/International Trade/ABL related loan advances and payments.
3. Review invoices and process OFAC verification.
4. Reconcile daily loan outstanding to General Ledger.
5. Review and process funds in Control Accounts.
6. Assist with special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of work experience in a commercial loan servicing capacity.
2. Work experience related to accounting or finance preferred.
3. Good understanding of lending documents and principles.
4. Detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently with good business judgment.
7. Experience with ACBS system a plus.
