Job Description: Assists with the implementation and monitoring of a risk-based compliance program to assure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory requirements. Provides compliance support for projects and initiatives. Tests the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives and internal controls; drafts reports of findings for compliance risk management; identifies issues resulting from internal and/or external compliance examinations; and works higher level consultants to analyze issues and assist in implementing action plans to address deficiencies. Assists in coordinating production of periodic compliance performance reports for senior management and in coordinating site, agency or other examinations conducted by external parties. Job Requirements: 3 ? 4 years loan underwriting experience The ability to work flexible hours to include overtime High School Diploma or GED Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
