The Role
Bloomberg News is seeking an experienced markets editor for its UK based Syndicated Loans team in London. The editor will be responsible for stories about company fund-raisings, credit market, interviews with prominent money managers and investment strategists, and regulation. The ideal candidate will also have business journalism experience and experience of editing feature stories. He or she will be able to produce clear, concise and accurate copy under deadline pressure. The editor will also be expected to serve as a mentor and coach to reporters and should be comfortable working within a team environment.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
-Knowledge of the economy, financial markets, and business.
-Previous experience in business journalism.
