Position Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator

Description of Position To manage multiple language translation projects, ensuring those projects are run efficiently, delivered to clients requirements, within schedule, to budget and in line with agreed processes.
Purpose To work towards the achievement of company goals by taking ownership of projects and clients from pre production to post production. Contribute to process improvement.

Reporting to Senior Project Manager. Position is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities 
 Provide effective evaluation information to support Our client Sales team.
 Determine the production scope, services required, available budget and deadline to effectively deliver the project.
 Production of live projects within budget, schedule and quality expectations.
 Post production activities including project / client wrap-ups.
 Account Management.
     -  Develop relationships with existing clients through client   contact.        
     - Develop and improve efficiencies and processes on each client to increase project and client margins.
 Comply with, maintain and update company procedures as necessary.

Qualifications / Experience
  Third level degree, preferably in Software Localisation, Translation, Business or related discipline.
 3 years or more relevant PM / PC experience in a translation / localisation or similar environment.
 Proficient organisational, multi-tasking, planning and project handling skills.
 Proficient in Trados tool.
 Ability to clearly and accurately record and summarise project information.
 Strong client relationship management skills.
 Strong vendor handling skills.
 Strong computer skills.
 Strong interpersonal skills and team-player ethos.
The nature of the role, whether it will be a PM or PC role, will depend on the experience level of the candidate.
