LODGE SUPERVISOR
Hours: 10 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday
Role:
➣ Supervise the effective management of 25 serviced apartments at the Abervale Lodge.
➣ Reports to Village Coordinator on all aspects of the day to day running of the Abervale Lodge.
➣ To ensure safe delivery of quality services to Lodge residents.
➣ To provide direction, supervision and support to Lodge staff.
➣ To facilitate social activities for Lodge residents. Qualifications:
Essential: -
➣ First aid level 2 or higher
➣ Food Handling certificate or higher
➣ High level of computer skills and office organisational skills
➣ Confident to carry an emergency response pager and respond to emergency calls
➣ Superior interpersonal and communication skills ➣ Empathy and sensitivity to matured aged
➣ Strong planning, staff leadership and organisational skills.
➣Ability to work within a team and or as an individual.Desirable: -
➣ Medium ridged (bus) Drivers Licence.
