Logistics Administrator/Order Taker

Hays are working with construction company who is looking for an Logistics Coordinator/Order Taker to join their lively professional team and increase revenue. The main focus of the Coordinator will be to take enquires and orders from a number of locations and obtain high levels of customer service. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

Other day to day responsibilities will include, telephone correspondence and coordination of the drivers. The role is normal working office hours.

As a successful applicant you will be quick to pick up systems with an excellent telephone manner. As a majority of the role will be liaising on the phone a strong customer service background is essential. You will be able to juggle multiple work loads within a fast paced environment. You will be adaptable, versatile, a good mediator customer service focused.
Previous experience within the concrete/construction would be ideal.
