The Cyber and Information Solutions Business Unit currently has an opening for a Acquisition Logistics Support Analyst. Description: Orchestrate, advise, coordinate, and monitor all acquisition logistics and sustainment functions. Provide acquisition logistics support to Program Managers and Program Executive Offices in accordance with DoD and agency logistics policies. Participate in the evaluation of technical proposals and development of acquisition strategies for system acquisitions. Coordinate logistics product deliverables, as well as identification and development of requirements for provision of maintenance, planning, training, software support, and technical data. Prepare Acquisition Logistics Support Plans (ALSPs) supporting acquisition, operation, and sustainment capabilities of systems throughout the logistics lifecycle. Develop the recommended acquisition logistics strategy. Establish, schedule, coordinate, and facilitate Acquisition Logistics Integrated Product Team (ALIPT) meetings. Author, maintain, and update ALSPs according to the program requirements and evolution. Identify acquisition logistics and technical data deliverables via the ALIPT and data calls. Participate in program reviews. Propose acquisition logistics thresholds, objectives, and Milestone Decision Review exit criteria. Participate in all system acquisition phases and Milestone Decision Reviews. Identify the Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) for any proposed acquisition and ensure they are included in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL). Monitor the development of and delivery of all acquisition logistics products and deliverables to ensure requirements are satisfied in time for deployment. Participate in site surveys (may be virtual). Facilitate the deployment readiness activities. Coordinate, facilitate, participate, document PSAs and PSRs, and disseminate reports to stakeholders. Identify and evaluate alternative support concepts, seeking to minimize cost and support risks affecting future equipment supportability and readiness. Participate as an active member of the configuration management process on programs. Assist the Government Program Manager in the development and preparation of the Memorandum of Notification (MON) and the Deployment Management Plan (DMP). Coordinate with stakeholders and other responsible organizations to track the status of corrective actions required to work off and remove liens in a timely manner. Qualifications: TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a Technical Discipline and 10+ years related experience. Have a minimum of 8 years experience in either systems engineering, logistics or program management, of which 5 years shall be in managing the acquisition logistics support for projects. TS/SCI with polygraph.
