Duties and Responsibilities : Ensure deliveries of CSO International and Domestic Shipments Monitorintg FED-EX Insite Daily for CSO outgoing international shipments Monitor FED-EX Insite daily for CSO shipmements going to all countries except the U.S. Resolving problems with International Export shipments stuck in customs Resolving critical/difficult domestic and overseas shipments Facilitating hot shipments from Planning, Marketing, and Customer Service Rep Make arrangements for Capitol Equipment transfers Make arrangements for Tradeshow and Special purchasing/urgent shipments Freight Bills Provide new logistic procedures to Distribution centers Business Meetings/Conference Calls Other duties may be assigned
