Role Synopsis
Support Baker Hughes’ logistics program by producing detailed KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports for global export and import transactions. Conduct monthly audits to verify past KPI results. Utilize KPI data sources to create ad hoc reports to support supplier management inquires as required. Work closely with Performance Management team members and global logistics coordinators to ensure report gathering technologies are continuously maintained and improved. Participate in quarterly business reviews for logistics providers.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Produce monthly KPI reports utilizing a suite of data sources and report preparation tools.
- Perform detailed audits to verify the accuracy of regional transactional data.
- Work closely with other Performance Management team members to share workload during periods of peak demand.
- Maintain Intranet sites to facilitate gathering transactional data from regional logistics coordinators.
- Continuously improve Performance Management process.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 5+ years related experience within logistics
- Knowledge of import/export custom regulations and requirements.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience with international logistics processes.
