Education: Candidates will have appropriate education and experience to receive guidance from senior level managers and work independently to accomplish assigned tasks. The candidate must have a bachelors degree in Business/Logistics with a minimum of 3 years of task related job experience. *Three additional years of task related experience (a total of six years ) may be used in lieu of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university BS/BA, HS or equivalent 3 Years, 6 Years.

Work Experience Field: Chemical Biological experience with CBRN systems and tools. Have an interdisciplinary perspectives and specialized training CBRN hardware. A thorough knowledge of the principles and investigative methods common to all logistics and logistics management. Applying knowledge of the DoD supply chain management to solve JPEO CBD problems. Experience in supporting strategic planning and logistics sustainment for DoD CBRN systems. Apply sound supply chain management in the formulation of plans and programs as they pertain to research, material development, engineering, production, procurement and program management.

Special Skills: Good communication and computer skills; working knowledge of MS word processing and spreadsheets and Internet Explorer. Organizational skills and ability to perform detailed-oriented work are required. Knowledge of Total lifecycle management.

Job Description:
URS is seeking a Logistics Analyst to perform logistics/analyses support tasks within the logistics element supporting JPEO CBD. Support the JPEO with ILS planning, maintenance planning, supply support, test and support equipment, packaging/handling/ storage/transportation, personnel and training, facilities, data, computer resources, design interface for systems, subsystems, and equipment. Provide professional scientific and technical support services to augment in-house Government programs, projects, missions, and capabilities. Support the development position papers, creation of courses of action, execution program plans, assessment and application of technical knowledge to meet the mission requirements of JPEO-CBD in providing subject matter expert (SME) services in biodefense for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) solutions and decisions. Additionally, have an understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of the CBRN enterprise and the DoD's Chemical Biological Defense Program (CBDP).
