Logistics Coordinator
Skretting is the leading supplier of high quality aquaculture feeds to fish farmers in Australia and New Zealand. Skretting is a Nutreco company, a global food and animal nutrition company with a leading position in the feed and food chains worldwide. Skretting is offering the following position based at our Cambridge Operations.
LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
As a Logistics Coordinator you will responsible for the coordination of shipping, documentation, and logistics for feed exportation. You will also actively provide support
to both Inbound Outbound logistics operations and the Planning function.
We are seeking a person with well developed written and oral communication skills who can work as part of a small team.
In addition, to be considered for this position you will possess the following requirements:
- 3 years of logistics operations/administration experience
- Export documentation processing
- Be Computer/systems Literate (e.g. Microsoft word and excel, ERP systems)
- A Customer Focus
- Good negotiation skills
- High level of numerical literacy and highly accurate/ methodical
- Solid planning and organisational skills
- Extensive knowledge of transport suppliers and operations The following would be considered to be an advantage
- Fork-lift licence – minimum 2 years experience, including high reach fork experience
- Formal qualifications in logistics
