Our client is one of the global leaders in a pharmaceutical market with a new DC in Breda where the Global Supply Chain Center (GSCC) is based.

The representative is part of a team and will have responsibility for a group of customers AND/OR operational support tasks. Each Customer Service team member is responsible to drive improvements on behalf of the customers and to ensure that the GSCC service level targets are met.

Main tasks and responsibilities are: order entry, order management, delivery creation and invoicing, daily backorder management and operational demand control activities. You will have interaction with supply points to provide customers with accurate information and and also daily operational collaboration with departments Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning, Inventory Management, Purchasing and Warehouse. Also you will create flat stock demand across Europe sites via purchase requisitions and you will handle the follow up.

Job Requirements

You have got some experience in a logistics/customer service rol and you are fluent in English and another European language, preferably Spanish. You have got good understanding of logistics and of supply cain processes. Working knowledge of Excel is a must and you have some experience with SAP. Keywords are: self starter, team player, pro-active, flexible and determined.

Salary and Benefits

The salary of this position is about 2400 till 2600 euro a month.
