Logistics Documentation Specialist

An exciting new opportunity to assist the logistic team in a well-organised and dynamic company has become available. The primary focus of the role is to liaise with various transport logistic functions in addition with customers to ensure the correct creation of all relevant logistics documentation for importing and exporting perishable goods from multiple global locations.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in international logistics with a solid understanding of incoterms and trade in addition to approximately 1-2 years of commercial experience.
Applicants without a university degree can also be considered if they have 3-5 years hands-on international multi-modal (air, sea, road) logistics experience.
Required knowledge/experience:
- Native level English, ideally also fluency in one or more European languages
- Ideally a university degree in international logistics
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure as a part of a busy team and independently without supervision
- High IT skills – particularly in Microsoft Excel (this will be tested)
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
The ability to speak other Western European language in addition to native level English (French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German or Dutch) is highly desirable but not essential
