As part of the Global ERP team, this position will work with a consulting team and Bio-Rad colleagues worldwide to design, configure, document, implement, and deliver business processes with respect to Distribution Warehouse Management. This position will have a significant influence over and be a key decision maker for the Bio-Rad SAP LEX implementation.

The candidate will be responsible for recommending and verifying that any local designs modifications are in alignment with the global design.

Areas of responsibility include the following business areas:

* Receiving Inventory functions

* Work-in-Process Inventory management

* Finished Goods Inventory management

* Warehouse configuration

* Order fulfillment

* Kitting

* Manufacturing warehouse support including production material movement

* Warehouse/storage condition management ' refrigerated, frozen, desiccant, controlled and hazardous substances.

* Scrap management

* Cycle Counting

In addition, the position will support other work streams disciplines such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Make, Record to Report, and Master Data Management requiring the use of Extended Warehouse Management System and Warehouse Management System (EWMS/WMS) functionality.

The position holder will work with Bio-Rad subject matter experts and stakeholders globally to:

* Document the future business needs in the context of the standard model

* Collaborate with other business teams where efficiency and commonality exist

* Assess impacts of scope changes

* Design, test and QA Warehouse Management work stream business processes

* Support Warehouse Management work stream data conversion efforts

* Prepare for and support operational readiness and production cutover efforts

* Train Warehouse Management Work Streams, where needed The position holder will operate in close partnership within the Business and IT communities, including

* ERP Business process teams

* Subject matter experts

* External consultants

* Development team

Experience Required

* A proven ability to manage projects and teams of Business personnel who are not direct reports.

* Collaborate across business and IT disciplines to achieve successful implementations.

* Experience with systems implementation and/or process transformation. The candidate must have experience documenting processes 'as is' through process maps and SOP's and have a working knowledge of business process decomposition techniques.

* The candidate must be able to design processes and sub-processes and to think through the implications of those designs. Understanding how these processes provide Bio-Rad competitive advantages or operational efficiencies is essential.

* Five (5) or more years' experience supporting Warehouse Management functions relevant to Warehouse Management.

* A high level of knowledge regarding Bio-Rad's Warehouse Management and support processes, stakeholders and user groups

* Previous experience on project teams with a proven ability to work under time constraints while meeting critical milestones

* Proven ability to solve problems in a methodical manner and to track and measure expected results

* Able to manage independently all phases of a significant project or initiative

* Experience with international business processes, relationships and knowledge of other languages such as French will be a strong plus

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products ' Presentations (PPT), Documentation (DOC), Excel (XLS), Visio (VSD)

* Experience in relevant ERPs. Experience in SAP is a strong plus.

* Solid analytical skills and a strong vendor/customer focus.

* Excellent time management and problem solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.

* Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business/technical teams and external consultants.

* Must be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to travel on average 30 %, including international, with the ability to travel extensively as project needs require
