Logistics Field Support Engineer Job in Milton Keynes, Home Counties Uk
Manpower Professional Supply Chain and Logistics has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Support Engineer to join their prestigious Global Logistics client, based in Milton Keynes.
This is a field-based role based out of the Client's Milton Keynes site and candidates must be able and willing to travel to client sites as required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of first and second line support tasks within their designated sites including the installation, configuration and support of all user hardware and software. T
hey will also assist the Technical Projects team with Infrastructure related projects as required.
Key skills required for this role include:
- Previous experience within a similar role within a Microsoft environment
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone
- An acute technical awareness and associated skills to assist and direct users accordingly
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic approach and the ability to work well under pressure
- Possess a full driving license and have a willingness to travel within the UK.
- MSCE/MCSA qualifications would be beneficial
