The Role:
• Front office origination relationship management across multi-industry corporate clients in the German Northern Europe (corporate FTSE clients).
• You will be required to cross-sell the bank’s products (predominantly debt, contract bonding, raising deposits, FX) with a view to maximising the team’s revenues. This will include working closely with the credit officer in assessing credit worthiness , identifying risk and reducing risk of customers.
• Should be able to develop new profitable relationships to add to the bank’s revenue stream and successfully maintain/develop these key relationships.
Requirements:
• This is for a senior level hire – candidates should have significant relationship management experience in the German/ Northern European corporate space. You should be able to bring across an established client base and be able to hit the ground running.
• This is the opportunity to join a small team with unlimited growth potential – candidates should be driven, motivated and work equally well at working independently and as part of team.
• Should be familiar taking transactions from deal origination, through the credit approval and document negotiation stages, but main focus will be on business development and deal origination.
• Highly desirable to be fluent in German, though not a requisite of the role if you bring exposure to the German/ Northern European markets. Candidates with neither German nor Northern European experience cannot be considered for this role.
