Long Short Equity Fund COO recruitment
The person will be expected to oversee all non-investment areas of the business, along with assisting with the business development side of the fund. It’s an entirely entrepreneurial role where rewards will be based on one’s overall contribution and the successes they will have achieved. The ideal candidate is someone who has the capacity and experience to implement the necessary changes, along with having the gravitas to communicate with all external parties. Prior hedge fund experience in a similar role is a necessity.

• The person is UK based and has relevant hedge fund experience.
The remuneration:
• For the right person there will be an option of receiving equity in the company. The salary level will be dependent on experience, however, there is going to be a heavy emphasis on the bonus earning potential.
