Loss Mitigation Administrator Job in Fort Worth 76161, Texas Us

SUMMARY:

Will be responsible for providing support to the Loss Mitigations Staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         The administrator will be responsible for properly processing all workout alternatives in the servicing system

·         Review all of the supporting documentation to ensure receipt of all necessary items in a financial package              

·         Coordinate proper processing of receivables with the payment processing department 

·         Appropriate follow up with outside vendors and attorneys on required documents to ensure we are meeting serving timelines

·         Responsible for properly and thoroughly documenting the system of record on any and all activity performed on a loan

·         Communication of pertinent information between all applicable departments

·         Responsible for imputing key file information into a tacking database to ensure accurate reporting within the department

·         Assist specialist and management with special projects

·         Identify potential issues and escalate to management in a timely fashion

·         Other Administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

·         2+ years’ experience in a Loss Mitigation environment

·         Mortgage industry experience

·         Experience and understanding of foreclosure processes and timelines area plus

MINIMUM EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         1+ years  Loss Mitigation experience    

·         PC skills, (Word, Excel, Outlook) Fiserv a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and for operating office equipment (i.e., computers, fax machines, copiers, etc.)
