Expedia is fast growing and looking for travel experts to deliver customer service to their Japanese market based in Ultimo, Sydney.
As a member of our team you will enjoy all the benefits of working for Australia's largest outsourced contact centre. You will work in a well-established team of travel superstars, and will be receiving calls from our Japanese clientele.
To be considered for this role you must be able to speak Keigo Japanese. Travel experience is not necessary but you must have a strong sales focus and understand the attributes of great customer service. This role will have you booking hotels around the world for Japanese clientele.

What we are looking for?
- Must be fluent in Keigo
- Full time: 38 hours per week – must be available on a rotating roster.
- You need to be available 9am – 10pm Monday – Sunday (including public holidays)
- Confident and self-motivated Individuals with a positive attitude
- People who consider themselves a great team player
- People who have the ability to demonstrate strong communication, negotiation problem solving skills
