A leading systematic proprietary trading house with offices in New York, London and Hong Kong are seeking a Senior User Interface Engineer to lead all aspects of the front-end systems. Employing around 50-people, this exceptional team have one of the industry leading platforms and compensation structures within the high-frequency trading space. The business is, for the most-part, equity options market-making though they do trade across all liquid asset classes and products. Their vision is simple- to become the best quant group in the market.

Role Description

The role is a full-time position within the infrastructure IT team.  Working primarily in C#, and to a lesser extent in C++ on Linux, the successful candidate would take over responsibility for all aspects of the front end of the system, including servers that assemble and distribute market-data to the trading floor’s desktops. This job is highly technical and someone with experience in this type of role is very much preferable. It’s also a professionally rewarding role too where the group value every team member as it’s a small, family-like business.  Ultimately, they’re looking for a senior technician to extend their trading functionality on a new proprietary platform.
