What you will be doing:
- Define and architect low power SoC technologies for best of class SoC power reduction and performance boost solutions for 28nm and 20nm technology nodes
What you need for this position:
- 10+ years experience with SoC design
- Experience with low-power high performance technology innovation
- Production experience with leakage reduction, AVS and DVFS technologies
- MSEE or equivalent (PhD preferred)
