LPN-Clinic-Cardiology Job
Job Description: Job Summary: Provides direct and indirect patient care when rooming patients in the clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse and/or provider. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.. Basic Qualifications: Active Wisconsin LPN license or eligibility to practice practical nursing in the State of Wisconsin. Current BLS certification. Successful completion of Basic ECG course preferred. Other Qualifications: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Basic computer knowledge. Flexibility (Works flexible hours, and changeable assignments) Basic improvement concepts and techniques License or Certification: Active Wisconsin LPN license or eligibility to practice practical nursing in the State of Wisconsin. Current BLS certification. Successful completion of Basic ECG course preferred. Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hours/Pay Period: 72 Schedule Details: 4 days per week 9 hours per day Compensation Detail: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
