LR06 - Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Mid-Level
Kelly Law Registry is seeking a Mid Level Paralegal for our client located in the Silicon Valley. Provide support to vendor and State Regulatory Compliance Program Manager for license renewals, state reporting, filing, and other administrative tasks. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Coordinate state prudential reporting and license renewal for vendor including the preparation of state license renewal forms and all required state reporting. Prepare quarterly, semiannual and annual state reports. Source and provide required data for renewal and reports including; Updated officer and director information, executive fingerprints, notarized signatures, resumes, financial information, and other corporate material . Required bonds and registrations . Coordinate with cross-functional teams to source data and other requirements to fulfill reporting demands call reports, transaction data, and complaint information . Maintain state regulatory compliance program licensing and reporting physical and electronic files. Ensure website license listing is up-to-date. Maintain consumer complaint files. Manage state complaint process sending to appropriate individuals for resolution . Maintain, file and direct mail sent to vendor by state banking departments. Convert paper files to electronic files. Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements - Basic Qualifications: . Bachelors Degree Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience preferred . Ability to manage a variety of assignments and projects at the same time. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. Executive level oral and written communication skills. Additional Qualifications: Experience in financial reporting and/or the preparation of state regulatory reports preferred. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Notary Public designation preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
