Lyxor ETF Strategy – Front Office Internship recruitment
Main responsibilities
Within the Lyxor ETF Strategy Team:
- Participating in product development from the fund launch to the listing process (collect of all basic index materials, check index historicals and ETF data availability in the data vendors databases, follow-up on the index licence fees);
- Assisting the pan-European institutional Sales team with client issues regarding fund data should it be via Bloomberg and other data vendors or the websites, Request for Proposals submission, specific factsheets (together with Lyxor AM reporting team), creation/update of commercial documents (Client presentations, global product range masterfile, tracking error factsheet, income distribution schedule) and data requests/analytics using Lyxor ETF and competitor information;
- Webmaster management: building and management of new existing websites, liaising with ITEC, Sales/Business Dev. and Legal/Compliance teams on changes requested (disclaimers, legal documents, product and marketing information);
- Managing day-to-day relationships with our Service Provider in charge of distributing our Fund pricing to external databases and providers such as Bloomberg and Morningstar;
- Helping support coverage of market-makers and authorized participant.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education
- Strong academic record from a leading university.
Past experience
- Some banking or finance experience preferred. Sales and marketing background desirable. Portfolio management and equity derivatives experience would be an advantage.
Languages
- Fluent English is mandatory and a good level of French is an advantage.
Technical skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel). Bloomberg an advantage.
- Proven analytical, computer and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional writing, communication, presentation skills are required and sales skills
- This position will involve working in a fast paced and demanding environment. It requires an individual who has a strong interest and the understanding of portfolio management theory and Equity Derivatives.
- Completion of, or work towards, professional designations, such as the CFA and the CAIA Charters, would be very relevant for this position.
