Vodafone is the world's largest telecommunications organisation and through our market leading global footprint we are looking to expand our Global Sales in Machine to Machine Communications in Australia. Reporting to the General Manager of M2M Communication Solutions in Australia, you'll be part of the Australian Business Development Team which is aligned to the Vodafone Global M2M Team.
The purpose of this role is to sell M2M ecosystem communication solutions to Australian based multinationals. Your clients will be core teams in multinationals that are developing M2M solutions. Success will come through your ability to deliver state of the art solutions using Vodafone M2M products and services with the aim of reducing their time to market. By unlocking the global communication minefield for them you'll develop mutually beneficial partnerships for your client and Vodafone. This role is a crucial part of becoming the world leader in M2M solutions.
In considering the right person for this role, we will be reviewing applications based upon your history of enterprise level sales with particular examples of success in developing and delivering leading solutions for clients. Experience in M2M sales would be ideal, but knowledge of the industry will be sufficient. We'll also be looking for a professional, well presented, honest individual who focuses efforts on collaboration and achievement of organisational outcomes, not personal gain. You'll be enterprising and surprising in your client interactions. When it comes to your ability, it will have a balance of humility and you'll be daring in challenging the norm, yet empathetic to others in the process.
