M&A Analyst / Associate
My client, a leading Boutique Investment Bank, is currently looking for a strong experienced Analyst to join their Sydney based team. Having recently completed a number of significant transactions and with a strong deal pipeline going forward, this is an exciting opportunity to enjoy excellent quality work and deal flow within a highly collaborative culture.
In this role you will report to a highly reputable Managing Director and be a core member of the MA advisory team. As such, a strong track record of MA execution experience is sought. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 – 3 years experience in a Global Investment Bank / Independent Corporate Advisory / Big 4 Valuation/Financial Modelling teams. You will possess excellent financial modelling and technical skills and superior communication and interpersonal skills. Strong academic results in a business related degree are also essential, and additional CFA / CA / MBA qualifications will be viewed favourably.
