M&A Analyst: Consumer / Retail / Luxury Goods – UK Mid-Market recruitment
Our client is an established boutique investment bank with a focus on the consumer, retail and luxury goods space. Primarily focusing on the UK mid-market space clients include a number of household brands. As the business continues to grow there is a requirement to hire an analyst with MA experience.
As an analyst you will primarily be working on the execution of MA mandates. This will include building financial models, supporting due diligence and supporting on negotiations. In addition to these responsibilities you will also support senior bankers on the origination of new business. This will include working on pitch documents and presentations and market research.
The successful candidate will be a first or second year analyst currently working at a well respected investment bank. He or she may have recently been let go from a bulge bracket MA team. It is not necessary to have experience in the consumer sector.
A candidate with significant MA internship may also be considered.
