M&A Analyst Health Care (m/f)
Main responsibilities
Depending on the level of experience a candidate already has, he/she will be involved in the below tasks with an increasing level of responsibility:
- Preparation of MA and cross-product client pitches
- Do company and industry analyses and prepare company and industry profiles
- Target analysis and / or buyer’s acquisition capacity analysis
- Side by side analysis, combination analysis
- Company valuations using market multiples, DCF and LBO method
- Help to develop transaction structures / structured solutions and be a team member in day to day project execution work
- Keep up to date about MA, equity and debt related issues
- Training and guidance of Interns and VIE’s
Experience and technical skills
- Very good Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Ideally 2-3 yrs experience in MA / Corporate Finance
- Knowledge in the Health Care industry would be a plus
- Strong technical / analytical skills
- very good command of MS Office
- Ideally good command of Bloomberg and Reuters
- Fluency in English is essential, fluency in another European language and working knowledge of French would be beneficial
