Individual will develop models for mergers, acquisitions,valuations, and refinancings. Perform business and financial due diligence on target companies. Financial products include senior secured and unsecured debt products as well as equity products. Industry focus is energy and utilities.

Prior experience in an investment or corporate banking group is necessary.
