M&A Analyst recruitment
Our client, a market-leading, entrepreneurial boutique Investment Banking firm with an excellent reputation in the market advising an impressive array of high-profile clients on complex transactions is currently seeking an Analyst 3. This exciting role offers the opportunity for full end-to-end deal and client exposure, with the successful candidate being expected to be involved in deal origination right through to execution.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complete a variety of buy and sell side MA mandates for corporate clients
- Perform detailed financial modelling and quantitative analysis
- Develop marketing initiatives to be presented to corporate and private equity firms]
- Deal origination
Candidates will be highly numerate graduates, displaying outstanding academics and very strong communication presentation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both senior MDs and senior client management. Candidates will have experience of MA, ideally gained within a reputable investment bank, displaying excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and a high degree of financial modelling (LBO, DCF) and ideally possessing a second European language.
